The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels:

a) diesel fuel that meets the requirements of the PN - EN 590 standard,

b) unleaded petrol PB-95, meeting the requirements of the PN-EN 228 standard,

c) unleaded Pb-98 gasoline, meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228,

d) LPG autogas that meets the requirements of PN-EN 589,

Meeting Polish Standards and standards in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.12.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1680).

The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels:

c) unleaded Pb-98 gasoline, meeting the requirements of PN-EN 228,

d) LPG autogas that meets the requirements of PN-EN 589,

Estimated estimated demand for the above-mentioned fuels in the period covered by the contract:

- diesel - 4,200,000 liters

- Pb 95 gasoline - 350,000 liters

- Pb 98 gasoline - 10,000 liters

- LPG autogas - 80,000 liters

The Purchaser reserves the right to change the quantity of the range, i.e. the Purchaser's demand for fuels may be increased or decreased, however, by a maximum of 20%.
