Innherred Innkjøp wants through this tender notice procure cars from one or several tenderers. The contract includes the leasing/hire or purchase of: electric cars, hybrid cars and fossil fuelled cars.

The scope of the contracts is uncertain and call-offs for cars must be made in accordance with each municipality's requirements. Several of the municipalities included in the co-operation shall evaluate the current practise with leasing or purchasing cars during the contract period.

The Contracting Authority wants a scheme that must cover the need for passenger transport, and ensure regional and local guidelines to reduce the climate and environmental impact. The Contracting Authority therefore wants to procure as many cars as possible that are zero emission vehicles, as long as these vehicles can comply with the transport requirements. The future cars must becoming considerable more environmentally friendly.

The Contracting Authority also wants the lowest possible operational costs.
