The KRZN intends to conclude a framework agreement per lot with one company for the rental of digital, partly multifunctional printing systems (Lot 1) and production systems (Lot 2) on the basis of a click-price model. The framework agreement shall be concluded for 24 months upon award of the contract with the option of a two-time extension of 12 months (max. 48 months total term), which can be exercised unilaterally by the client. Rental agreements resulting from the framework agreement (individual call-off) can be concluded for a maximum term of up to 60 months.

The contractual partner of the respective contractor per lot is the KRZN (client). In addition to the KRZN itself, all members of the purchasing group in accordance with the list of the designated entities (Annex 1 to the framework agreement), including all respective existing and future municipal or municipal subsidiaries under public or private law, are entitled to call off from the framework agreement.

The types of equipment to be procured shall be put out to tender in two lots. Both the device types and the corresponding division result from the following setup. A framework agreement is to be concluded with one company per lot. A lot limitation is not provided here.
