This electricity contract has an estimated value of approx. 200 000 GBP-500 000 GBP per annum in total, subject to usage and proposed rates. We expect the supplier to supply 1/2 hourly and non-1/2 hourly electricity to approximately 560 residential (for usage in communal areas) 20 unmetered sites and corporate PCH properties which are detailed on the pricing spreadsheet within the tender. PCH shall enter into contract with 1 supplier for either green, and/or brown electricity, and for either 12, 24 or 36 months, with the decision on how we proceed made on the most economic and advantageous tender for PCH and its tenants and this will be confirmed prior to contract award II.
