The subject of the contract is the creation of databases of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies on a scale of 1: 500 - 1: 5000 (BDOT500), geodetic utilities network (GESUT) and processing into electronic documents of PZGiK resource materials in the Brzozów poviat (in units information: Brzozów, city and commune, and Jasienica Rosielna).

The object of the contract is to create databases of topographic objects with detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies on a scale of 1: 500 - 1: 5000 (BDOT500), geodetic utilities network (GESUT) and processing into the form of electronic documents of PZGiK resource materials, in the following reference areas :

a) Brzozów city: Id 180201_4.0001;

b) Górki: Id 180201_5.0001;

c) Strabska Grabownica: Id 180201_5.0002;

d) Humniska: Id 180201_5.0003;

e) Bride: Id 180201_5.0004;

f) Old Village: Id 180201_5.0005;

g) Turn Field: Id 180201_5.0006;

h) Substitute: Id 180201_5.0007;

The Employer requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee and warranty for defects in the work performed for a period of not less than 5 years from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The Awarding Entity provides for the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, concerning the employment by the Contractor or subcontractor of persons on the basis of an employment contract.
