The general measurement campaign covers discharges from industrial establishments and similar establishments prior to the implementation of a depollution system. It involves the measurement of the quantities of components of the pollution discharged during a representative period of time of the activity and the determination of the units of quantities characterising each activity.the services therefore consist of carrying out samples, measurements and analyses on effluents to determine the quantities of pollution produced.the methods for carrying out these campaigns are defined in Article R.213-48-7 of the Environmental Code and in the appendix IV of the revised decree of 21 December 2007 on the procedures for establishing water pollution charges
