1. The Contracting Authority shall allow submission of partial bids divided into 2 lots.
• Part I – Provision of services in the field of collection of municipal waste from the areas of military complexes located in the city of Warsaw. Bydgoszcz and Maksymilianow with their disposal.
• Part II - Provision of waste collection services. communal from the areas of kompl. Wojj. zlokal. in the city of Bydgoszcz, Osówka and Kruszyna with utilization

in Annex 4 (for Part I) to SWZ.
The terms of performance of the contract are included in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and in this specification of the terms of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract and SWZ.
