The tender concerns the delivery and operation of a Place Allocation System (as a service) to Ballerup Municipality.

The content of the contract includes the following main elements:

- Implementation of seating system

- Initialuddannelse

- Operation and maintenance

- Helpdesk and supportFurthermore, options are included on:

-Archiving

- Extraction, validation and submission of data to Statistics Denmark

- Delivery from Ledelsesinformation

- Exit (Transfer of data at the end of the agreement)

The estimated contract value for the total contract period (including options) is estimated to be DKK 8 million excl. VAT.
