The purpose of the pre-operational study is to clarify, on the basis of a diagnosis, the objectives of the urban development of the Lacaussade and Carrérot sites. The present mission is broken down into a firm tranche covering the realization of a pre-operational study and an optional tranche on the implementation of a CAZ procedure.

The purpose of the pre-operational study, which is the subject of this contract, is to specify, on the basis of a diagnosis, the objectives of the urban development of the Lacaussade and Carrérot sites. The present mission is broken down፦ a firm section on the realization of a pre-operational study itself broken down into three parts:1. Preliminary studies and diagnostics/spatialization of stakes 2. Preliminary project/Reference plan3. Programme of actions and operational declination - an optional tranche relating to the implementation of a ZAC procedure.The perimeter to be studied covers about 7.3 ha, divided into two sectors፦ lacaussade in the north with an area of 4.8 ha - carrérot in the south of an area of 2.5 ha. for services at unit prices without minimum and with a maximum, passed with a single economic operator in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code and detailed below: No minimum amount; Maximum amount of 30,000 euro (s) (excluding tax).
