- a technical audit, focusing on the obsolescence and the capacity to extend existing networks and systems;

- on this basis, a feasibility study to compare with the expression of their needs;

- after validation of the feasibility, of a technical programming.

The services that can be ordered are composed according to the following Technical Parts (PT), technical part being understood within the meaning of article 20 of the CCAG Intellectual services:

- technical part 1 (PT1): technical audit

—— Pt1.1: documentary audit,

—— pt1.2: regulatory audit,

—— pt1.3: audit of practices,

—— pt1.4: technical audit.

- technical part 2 (PT2): feasibility,

- technical part 3 (PT3): technical programming.

Technical audits, feasibility studies and technical programming will focus on predominantly technical operations:

—— fluids, of which:

——— strong currents, weak currents;

——— CVC;

——— climatic engineering.

—— prison security and active security,

—— structure and VRD.

The services will be likely to integrate the problems related to the specific sectors of certain sites, such as industrial cooking, the sanitary sector, technical or secure premises. It is to be considered that all the interventions will be done within establishments in operation. .
