The objective is to offer an adapted service with an obligation of result, including several maintenance visits per month and curative interventions on request. This includes, but is not limited to, holding meetings, conducting on-site quality checks and reporting.

by means of a local presence of the contractor, a multidisciplinary technical team, organisational and administrative tools for handling complaints, technical and administrative monitoring of interventions, assessment and management of performance indicators, communication tools for tenant and contracting authority information.

In order to carry out its mission, the Contractor has a great deal of autonomy, as well as documents made available to it by the Contracting Authority.

This is a mixed contract:

- Flat-rate benefits (according to Dpgf)

- Purchase order services with maximum (according to BPU)
