This offering includes Civica's afd. 62 - The fan, the offering of 34 new general family homes in total, using the most sustainable elements possible.

The homes are to be erected in Odense city centre on the grounds located on the cadastral 1940 Odense urban grounds.

The target audience of the construction is especially for singles, couples and small families attracted by urban life and the station location. Not all homes are expected to need a car, but bicycles like and would like to use public transport. Some of the residents are expected to work downtown or commute. Housing furnishings and material choices, as well as the disposition of the away areas should take account of the community between the occupant of the department.

The construction must meet the requirements of BR18 at least.

This Procurement Order applies to Civica's forthcoming new construction of 6.62 — Enggade offering of 34 new public family dwellings in total contracts.

The tender of works and works shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure limited tendering in accordance with the rules laid down in Law No 1564 of 15 December 2015 (the Procurement Act).

The development must appear in accordance with the outline proposal of Henning Larsen Architects annexed to Henning Larsen Architects.

It is a requirement that the facade architecture, geometry and material selection should be performed as illustrated in the outline proposal.

Henning Larsen Architect's outline proposal is not worked by authority and engineering and therefore must be adapted to applicable rules, the selected designs and installation lines and engineering rooms, etc.

The total contractor shall process the exterior areas and interior common areas to align them with the target audience of future residents in cooperation with the developer.
