the purpose of the contract is to carry out the daily cleaning services of the premises of GIE Sesam-Vitale located in Le Mans (72), with the exception of the metallization and shampouinage services of the floors and glazing of the upper floors

The expected services relate more particularly to a 10-storey building consisting of 8 levels of offices for approximately 5,000 square meters, 2 levels of car parks for 4,600 square meters and the surroundings of the building for approximately 821 square meters. The daily services consist of the cleaning and maintenance of the premises, the glazing of the reception (ground floor) and the smoking shelter, the supply of products and materials necessary for the performance of the services, the supply of sanitary consumables and compliance with the selective sorting procedure.this contract is a reserved contract within the meaning of Article L2113-12 of the Public Order Code. Only the adapted enterprises mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, the establishments and services of assistance through work mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Code of Social Action and Families as well as equivalent structures may apply for this consultation, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disabled workers who, because of the nature or seriousness of their impairments, may not engage in a professional activity under normal conditions. The minimum proportion is set at 50 %.
