1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law with implementing regulations. The contract was divided into two parts:

1) Part 1 - Purchase of electricity for the collection points of the Gryfino Commune and its organizational units;

2) Part 2 - Purchase of electricity for the Gryfino House of Culture and its subordinate village clubs.

2. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure for individual parts of the contract is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 and No. 1A - 1B to the SWZ, which is also Attached No. 1 to the contract.
