1. The subject of the contract is: Purchase of furniture for the needs of various units of the University of Opole, divided into parts:
1.1. Part No. 1 – Design, manufacture and delivery of office furniture to the Office of Science and Project Management of the University of Opole
1.2. Lot No. 2 – Supply of office swivel chairs for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science – 2 pcs.
1.3. Part No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of storage racks for the needs of the Main Library of the University of Opole.

Design, manufacture and delivery of office furniture to the Office of Science and Project Service of the University of Opole1. The subject of the contract in lot no. 1 is: Design, manufacture and delivery of office furniture to the Office of Science and Project Management of the University of Opole
2. The description of the subject of the contract in relation to lot No. 1 is attached as Annex 1.1 to the SWZ.
3. The subject matter of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) to which the Contractor is entitled.
4. As part of the proper performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and bring in the complete and assembled (assembly on site is allowed) subject matter of the contract (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract) to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority.
5. Deadline for completion of the subject of the contract: up to twenty-one [ 21 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
6. The deadline for the completion of the subject matter of the contract indicated in point 5 is the maximum deadline for the performance of the subject matter of the contract. In the offer, the Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than seven [ 7 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
7. The Contractor shall provide a twenty-four [24] months warranty for the subject matter of the contract.
8. The warranty period indicated in point 7 is the minimum period. The Contractor may include in the offer a longer warranty period for the offered subject of the contract, but not longer than forty-eight [ 48 ] months.
9. The warranty period for the subject of the order is counted from the date of delivery of the subject of the order (confirmed by the acceptance protocol).
10. The Contractor, within four [4] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, before the commencement of the production of furniture (performance of the contract), shall carry out a thorough inspection of the furniture in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party (in particular the colour of the furniture) in order to determine the most similar colour of the furniture covered by the subject of delivery in relation to the furniture currently used by the Ordering Party.

In the offer, the Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than thirty [ 30 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
