The subject matter of this order is the sale of electricity (excluding transmission/distribution) for facilities:
- PGE National Stadium located at 1 Józefa Poniatowskiego Avenue,
- office building at 1 Zieleniecka Avenue,
- container building at 1 Józefa Poniatowski Avenue,
- connections on the premises.

The Contracting Authority is connected to the MV/LV distribution network of Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. (DSO). Currently, the Ordering Party has concluded a contract for the provision of distribution services, which is valid until 31.12.2024 (one for all connections).
There are 12 metering systems (12 meters) belonging to the DSO. The main connections to the PGE National Stadium are adapted for remote reading.
The Contracting Authority does not envisage changes in tariff groups and ordered capacities when amending the sales contract – however, it does not exclude this due to changing current needs as well as the duration of the contract.
The Contractor will receive the necessary data regarding the sales contract, e.g. in order to report the change of the Seller. The change of vendor will take place for the fifth time.
Order quantity and additional information:
The amounts of (active) energy consumption given below are estimates for the purpose of determining the value of the contract, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case can be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor.
In the event of changes in the ordered capacity for connections in the field (tariff C 21 and C 11/C12B) resulting in changes in tariff groups - settlements will be made on the basis of the rates specified for a given connection and tariff group after the change - taking into account the conditions resulting from the applicable DSO Tariffs. The Ordering Party will operate within the tariff groups: B 2..., C 2..., C 1...
The expected consumption in the night zone for the lighting point adjacent to the stadium is 40,000 kWh for 12 months (with the expected total consumption for this connection over a 12-month period of 65,000 kWh).
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the volume of electricity consumption and to adjust the ordered capacity, e.g. in order to optimize costs or new needs/specified for individual consumers (settlement based on actual consumption based on readings) – with the proviso that the total order volume will not be greater than that specified for the planned electricity consumption and with the proviso that the ordered capacity for all connections (existing and new) will not be exceeds the total capacity specified in the technical conditions – the total connection capacity for all connections – and the change in the capacity will take place under the conditions specified in the agreement concluded with the DSO.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to adjust the ordered capacity under the conditions specified in the agreement with the DSO and to increase or reduce the number of collection points (metering systems) and supply lines related to operation or new investments.
As part of the contract for the sale of electricity, the Contractor will be obliged to carry out the procedure of changing the supplier in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Contractor undertakes to take all necessary steps related to the change of supplier.
The Contractor is obliged to have the General Distribution Agreement currently in force and to ensure that it is maintained in force throughout the term of the electricity purchase agreement concluded under these proceedings.
The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1059, as amended).
