The purpose of the contract is the appointment of an External Technical Controls Service to carry out periodic inspections of all installations and equipment of buildings occupied by the Contracting Authority.

The Contracting Authority is an Association that must designate an External Technical Controls Service to carry out periodic inspections of all the installations and equipment of the buildings occupied by the 3 non-profit associations mentioned in Article 3.1 of these Specifications. The description of these facilities and installations is given by institution in Annex 2.

The purpose of this procedure is to designate an External Service to carry out the periodic inspections from 2024 to 2028.
