The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of a ticketing and access control solution in the sports establishments of the City of Reims as well as the provision of associated services. It consists of a lump sum part and a part executed by issuing purchase orders. For the purchase order part, it is concluded without minimum and with a maximum set at 300,000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the framework agreement. It is established for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification. Without prejudice to the provisions of 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, it is terminable on each anniversary date by decision of the contracting public entity notified to the holder by email / mail with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle the holder to any compensation.
