The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a PLN bank loan in the amount of PLN 6,500,000. a) purpose of the loan: covering the planned deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities in 2023 b) loan amount PLN 6,500,000 (in words: six million five hundred thousand zlotys) c) type of long-term loan d) loan period: from the date of launching the first tranche until 25.11.2034. e) repayment of the loan in Polish zlotys, capital on dates specified in the repayment schedule specified in the loan agreement, interest payable monthly on the 25th of each month, if the deadline falls on a non-working day, payment falls on the first business day after the payment date. Interest shall be calculated on the 25th day of each month or on the last business day before that date (in the case of a holiday), payable by the 25th of each subsequent month. The rate set for a period of 1 month in the amount of WIBOR 3M applies from the first day of the following month. The last interest installment payable on one date with the last installment of the loan. The Bank sends a notification of the amount of interest by e-mail no later than 14 days before the payment date to the following addresses: finanse@czarnkow.pl and dochody@czarnkow.pl f) variable interest rate on an annual basis based on the 3M WIBOR rate (or the indicator that will be created in its place) increased or reduced by the margin of the Bank – the lender g) interest will be calculated on the loan actually used, h) the ordering party specifies a blank promissory note as a possible form of loan security, i) the loan will be released in tranches or once, depending on the needs of the contracting authority
