1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services for the needs of the Chamber of Tax Administration in Poznań and subordinate organizational units in the field of collection, transport and destruction of items.

2.The subject of the contract is divided into 6 parts:

Part No. 1 - Destruction of objects by incineration: tobacco waste, waste from processed textile fibers, plastic waste, plant protection products, laundry detergents; laboratory and analytical chemicals containing dangerous substances;

Part No. 2 - Destruction of objects by grinding: tobacco waste;

Part No. 3 - Destruction of objects by combustion: raw materials and products unsuitable for consumption and processing;

Part No. 4 - Destruction of objects by incineration: waste containing crude oil or its products;

Part No. 5 - Destruction of objects: magnetic and optical information carriers, electrical and electronic equipment;

Part No. 6 - Collection, transport and management of IAS property components in Poznań.

Performing services for the needs of the Tax Administration Chamber in Poznań and its subordinate organizational units in the field of collection, loading, transport, unloading and destruction of items:

1) which became the property of the State Treasury on the basis of:

a. waiver to the State Treasury, in cases provided for by law,

b. final court decisions,

c. provisions on the liquidation of untaken deposits,

2) not owned by the State Treasury, subject to destruction, on the basis of final court decisions and objects subject to destruction in customs and penal fiscal proceedings,

3) seized by the authorities of the National Tax Administration,

4) seized after the accession of the Republic of Poland to the European Union, i.e. after 30.04.2004, i.e. goods with a non-EU customs status within the meaning of customs law.
