The client has built a new two- and three-story school building at the “Schulzentrum am Goldbach” over the past few years.
In the 2nd phase of the outdoor facilities, the wide, tree-lined main pathway from north to south on the east side of the new school building as well as the lawn area to the east, on which a class wing previously stood, is now to be created.
The gymnasium adjoining it in the south has a new entrance area that is connected to this axis. The lawns and the axis of the path are furnished with benches and some play equipment.
The drainage concept provides for the accumulating rainwater to be routed via open paved gutters into point drains, which are to be connected to the manhole structures / pre-stretched pipes of the Babaus-side underground pipe, and drained into the newly created rain retention basin. Footpaths are illuminated with bollard lights, the main access axis with mast lights.
