The acquisition concerns the property management and maintenance of properties managed by Jyväskylän Tilapalvelu. Property management includes both interior work and maintenance of outdoor areas, snow work and
anti-slipperiness.
The acquisition includes property control room services, for which the subscriber requires that the property control room receive alerts from the property systems 24/7, analyze them and, depending on the nature of the alert, take the necessary measures. It should be possible to remotely inspect, adjust and control the real estate automation systems 24/7.
At daycare centres, the service provider is also responsible for user service tasks.
The subscriber has access to the Buildercom Service Book (BEM), which describes the content of the tasks on a destination basis. In order to submit an offer, the bidder must consult the descriptions of the contents of the tasks set out in the service book.
