Borås Elnät AB invites you to submit an application for obtaining inquiry documentation for the procurement of charging meters and collection systems for electricity.

The procurement includes renewal of all Borås Elnät's all charging meters for electricity and collection systems for these. The delivery shall ensure that the Purchaser meets the new requirements set in the Regulation (1999: 716) on the measurement, calculation and reporting of transmitted electricity.

Delivery includes:

- Electric meters

- Category 1 (Approximately 45 000 pieces)

- Category 2 (Approx. 1 100 pieces)

- Category 3-5 (About 45 pieces)

- Collection system for all meters

- Communication solution for communication between meters and collection systems

- Integration of the collection system against existing Customer Information System and existing Network Information System

- Installation of meters, communication solution and collection system

- An option on a framework agreement for call off meters for the future needs of the Buyer

The contract covers installation, documentation, testing and commissioning of meters, collection systems, communication solutions and integrations. The supplier is responsible for planning and implementing the entire delivery. The client provides the basis for all meter replacements and is responsible for the necessary measures in existing IT systems.

Installation of all category 1 meters is included in the delivery. Installation and control of measurement site for category 2 - 5 meters may be included in the delivery.
