Extent
The procurement relates to framework agreements with the aim of meeting the municipality's need for security services for the municipality's buildings, such as schools, leisure facilities and administrative premises. The assignment aims to prevent burglary, vandalism and similar inconvenience for the municipality and includes the following services:
Patrolling surveillance (area surveillance, external surveillance of objects, internal surveillance of objects or both)
Alarm call-outs (burglary/assault/sabotage)
Restoration of perimeter protection in the event of a damage event
Security steward if necessary
At the time of the procurement, the number of buildings managed by the municipality amounts to just over 70 (see Appendix 1 - List of buildings) and the number of buildings with alarm systems is 49. The municipality currently has three (3) facilities with camera surveillance and 80 assault alarms. Please note that the specified quantities may change during the contract period and that the municipality does not guarantee a specific volume in the framework agreement.
The client intends to procure alarm centre services separately and will, as soon as the procurement has been completed, notify the supplier of guarding services which alarm centre the municipality's facilities will be connected to.
Appendix 2 - Price List shows estimated annual volumes of each service. The volumes quoted cannot be guaranteed, but are for orientation purposes only. The supplier undertakes to deliver the municipality's real needs.
Below is the approximate number of call-outs, however, it should be noted that the figures given also include technical fault alarms.
Number of call-outs in 2021: approx. 350
Number of call-outs in 2022: approx. 445
Number of call-outs in 2023: approx. 410 (estimated based on average so far this year)
Markaryd municipality currently has about 5 hours of patrols per day. However, this may also increase or decrease during the contract period.
Ceiling volumeThe maximum value that can be called off under the framework agreement amounts to SEK 14 million. If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches or exceeds this amount, the municipality has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect.
