The subject of the contract is the supply of up to 340 m3 of diesel oil, successively in batches during 2024 as part of a system of maintenance-free diesel oil intake with the possibility of managing deliveries and refueling and utilization analysis (comprehensive fuel management system).
The Ordering Party divides the task into 3 thematic segments:
1) Preparation of a comprehensive system for the management of fuel economy based on the infrastructure owned by the Contracting Authority, i.e. a distributor for unserviced diesel consumption and an above-ground diesel tank;
2) Successive delivery of diesel oil from the date of launching the maintenance-free fuel management system until 31.12.2024; deliveries will be carried out without notification, i.e. on the basis of analytics carried out as part of the fuel management system launched by the Contractor;
3) Current servicing of the Contracting Authority and distributor (including fuel storage status analyst) to ensure continuity of fuel consumption.
Pursuant to Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the award of a contract for additional supplies (up to 20% of the value of the basic contract) to the existing contractor, consisting in an increase in current deliveries, if such a contract is consistent with its subject matter and the total value of the contract has been taken into account in the calculation of its value, and the information about the above was included in the contract notice.
