A framework agreement for project managers and construction managers in relation to reconstruction, renovation and change of use projects all over Norway. The projects are in connection with the establishment of temporary asylum centres and more permanent housing for asylum seekers. In addition to requirements for competence in construction works for buildings and construction management projects, the contract will also requires good access to general project and process management.
