KG 430 Ventilation systems

The existing building 2 of the Klinikum Bremen Mitte is to be rebuilt and renovated, it has approx. 13,148 m² GFA, with a usable area of approx. 11,128 m² and a gross volume of approx. 49,144 m³. The building will be completely gutted on site and will receive a new ventilation system as part of the renovation. The air duct network will be completely reinstalled and will mainly be equipped with the following ventilation systems: HVAC administration 16,000 m³/h, HVAC kitchen 11,000 m³/h, HVAC café 6,000 m³/h. The ventilation systems perform the following thermodynamic processes:

Air heating by heat recovery, air heating by heating coils, air cooling by cooling coils. Partial visual installation, listed rooms (lecture hall, conference rooms 4th floor) are to be carried out with increased visual demands.
