The procurement includes the construction of four apartment buildings totalling just over 140 lgh and parking decks near Härlanda Tjärn in Gothenburg.

The project is planned to be completed in main parts where houses B1 and B2 are included in one main part and houses B3 and B4 are included in another main part. Parking deck B5 is handed over in connection with the handover of the first main part.

The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract at a fixed price with indexation.
