Tampereen Vuokra-asunnot Oy (TVA) is building a residential apartment building at Louhoskuja 8, 33720 Tampere. The property is located in the Hervanta district of Tampere on plot 7211-9.

The project comprises the construction of a single-tier residential apartment building with 60 apartments as a total contract, with all the work and fully completed. The building has eight residential floors, as well as an IV engine room and a sauna department on the ninth floor.

In the same block there are four residential apartment building plots, one shared block area serving housing, and one LPA plot (structural parking facility). The other operators in the block are presented in the tender documents. Due to the overcrowding of the plot/block, the contractor must commit to close cooperation with the other operators in the block.
