1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation in Czarnówek of mixed and segregated municipal waste, which is generated within the administrative boundaries and public facilities of the Linia Commune in the years 2023 - 2025

2. A detailed description and method of performance of the order is contained in the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 13 to the SWZ and the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste to the Regional Municipal Waste Treatment Installation in Czarnówek indicated by the Ordering Party, from real estate located in the administrative area of the Linia Commune:

a) on which residents live, in accordance with the attached list of real estate,

b) in the field of equipment with containers and collection of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) for residents of the Linia commune,

c) export of solid waste from public utility facilities,

d) export of solid waste from summer areas in the Linia Municipality,

e) export of municipal waste from economic activities, from the area of the Linia commune,

f) equipping residents, summer properties and business activities with bags in yellow (for plastic, metal, multi-material packaging), blue (for paper), green

(for glass) and brown (for bio-waste - food residues) and a schedule for municipal waste disposal. Bags do not need to have inscriptions.

g) handling municipal events, i.e. waste disposal, substitution of containers, in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.

2. The transport and collection of waste from public utility facilities shall include:

Commune Office in Lini,

schools in the Linia Municipality,

buildings owned by the Linia Municipality,

squares and bus stops in the Linia Municipality,

municipal squares and street baskets in the amount of 31 baskets,

communal common rooms,

TSO units in the commune, i.e. Strzepcz, Linia, Lewino,

municipal cemetery in Smażyna,

in the period from May to September, the export of municipal and segregated waste and the provision of appropriate containers from the areas located directly on the lakes in Strzepcz, Potęgowo, Zakrzewo, Lewino, Miłoszewo.

The Contracting Authority provides for the performance of services in this respect in the period from May to October.

4. Pick-up and transport service throughout the order completion period - in accordance with

with the guidelines enshrined in the regulations in force during the term of the contract: Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Linia, in the Resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collection

and management of municipal waste from owners of uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated and in the Resolution on determining the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collection

and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, includes the following types of municipal waste:

a) unsegregated mixed municipal waste,

b) glass, glass packaging,

(c) paper and paperboard,

(d) plastics and multi-material packaging, including metal,

e) bio-waste - food residues

f) other non-listed fractions collected selectively (PSZOK).

5. The estimated amount of waste to be collected as part of the service being the subject of the contract, broken down by type of waste – within 36 months of the contract's validity includes Annex 13 to the SWZ

The Contractor undertakes to collect the actual amount of waste, differing down or up from the forecast amount of waste.
