The aim of the European tender is to conclude an agreement with one service provider for the execution of the Own Risk Carrier Sickness Act, and upon request the use of insurance doctors. The intended result: the objective is to be relieved of exports of ERD-ZW. The intended result is an Agreement with one supplier with a nationwide coverage.

The National Government is the own risk carrier for the Insurance Act ZW. The implementation lies with UBR-P Bedrijfszorg, DJI and the Tax Administration. The company doctors employed by the National Government are less familiar with the rules of the Sickness Act. In addition, the current capacity of the company doctors and the case managers is insufficient to meet the demand. Therefore, support from a specialised external agency is desirable.
