Sanitary engineering:

The Hanseatic city of Buxtehude intends to build a sports hall as a replacement building at the integrated comprehensive school (IGS) school site. The new sports hall is planned as a 3-field hall in combination with a 2-field hall. The construction project is to be awarded a sustainability certificate from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) in the “Gold” category.

After completion of the preparatory work on the site, the sports hall will be erected with a supporting structure made of reinforced concrete columns and steel trusses. The hall space of the triple sports hall will be equipped with a spacious grandstand system and the roof of the three-field hall will be greened with roofs.

The specifications describe the services of the sanitary technology for the three- and two-field hall.

- 2,100 running meters of drinking water pipes as stainless steel – pipes 15x1 – 42x1.5mm incl. thermal insulation

- 500 linear meters of soundproofed sewage pipes DN 50 – DN 100

- 75 linear meters of sewage pipes as PE pipes DN 100

- 72 pieces sanitary ware toilet, WT, urinal

- 52 washing areas made of solid surface material

- 44 shower panels
