Description:
Medical transport service for dialysis patients at the Military Institute of Medicine – National Research Institute.

The subject of the contract is the service of medical transport of chronically dialysis patients at the Dialysis Station of the Military Institute of Medicine - National Research Institute. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference.
