The object of the contract is the supply of electricity, for medium and low voltage users other than domestic and public lighting (as defined in Article 2, paragraph 2, of the integrated text Annex A to Resolution ARG/elt 654/2015/EEL of 23/12/2015 and subsequent amendments), to the Siciliacque facilities connected to the local electricity distribution networks, for the duration of nr. 1 year (from 01/01/2024 to 31/12/2024), with the option to renew the contract for subsequent nr. 1 years (from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025).

The estimated annual withdrawals amount to a total of 67,012 (sixty-seven thousand, zero twelve) MWh. This quantity is to be considered presumed and aimed at identifying the supplier, therefore the company awarded the contract will still have to provide the supply of electricity on the basis of actual needs.
