The subject of the contract is the delivery of three pieces of deduplicators and two pieces of file-object arrays along with the implementation and granting of a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices. The subject of the contract includes, among others:
a) delivery and implementation of three deduplicators together with a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices – within 80 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
b) delivery and implementation of two pieces of file-object arrays along with granting a 60-month warranty for the delivered devices – within 80 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The provisions important for the parties are included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The provisions important for the parties are included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. If the tender documentation indicates a trademark, patent, origin, source or a specific process that characterizes supplies or services provided by a specific Contractor (in particular the trade name of a form, good or product), the Contracting Authority – with regard to the parameters indicated directly in the tender documentation, or data (technical or any other), identifying directly or indirectly the goods or product – shall allow equivalent solutions in accordance with the technical data and parameters contained in the abovementioned documentation, each such reference being referred to as 'or equivalent'. As equivalent solutions, solutions should be understood as solutions characterized by parameters not worse than required and contained in the documentation. If the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, and each such reference shall be labelled "or equivalent". The required conditions, including guarantees and warranties, are set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and in the Model Agreement – Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks covered by the subject of the contract.
