This contract consists of:

1) collection and processing services:

- household oils and fats deposited by households in the recyparcs managed by the Walloon intermunicipal waste management authorities,

- containers containing edible fats and, where appropriate, containing edible oils and not allowed in the other collection channels established in the recyparcs of Walloon intermunicipal waste management.

The edible oils and fats collected in the recyparcs of the intercommunals concerned are exclusively derived from the usual household activity. Under no circumstances may the tenderer invoke a defect or a lack of knowledge of the quality of the materials to be treated;

2) the supply and placement of containers intended to collect the oils and greases brought by the users of the recyparcs, when these containers are not put in place by the intercommunals themselves.
