Arbeidstilsynet [the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority] has in recent times received new assignments, met challenges, been flexible and solved the assignments within the existing frameworks. This has all taken place without a comprehensive evaluation of whether the organisation and structure are optimal.

In order to map this, the Director has decided to evaluate the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority’s organisation.
