EUROPEAN OPEN TENDER FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE SCHOOL LUNCH SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ARIZZANO, CAMBIASCA, VIGNONE AND MERGOZZO

The object of the contract is to:

- the preparation of the meal according to the parameters indicated in the technical annexes to this CSA, with a ban on the use of precooked foodstuffs and foods, and the distribution of the same for:

- pupils of the primary school of the Municipality of Arizzano;

- the pupils of the kindergarten of the Municipality of Arizzano;

- primary and kindergarten teaching staff;

- the employees of the Municipality of Arizzano;

- the preparation of the meal according to the special diets referred to in the guidelines drawn up by the S.S. Nutrition of the ASL V.C.O. for users who have requested it;

- in the case of school trips, the provision of "packed meals" by 9.00 am on the same day, upon notice of the AC of at least 5 days;

- ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of kitchen rooms and furnishings, primary school meals and kindergarten rooms in accordance with the conditions laid down in Annex F),

- routine maintenance of equipment;

- the purchase of food and cleaning;

- the supply of paper napkins;

- the registration of the daily number of users of the meal and their names on a special register;

- the distribution of a cold meal of equal dietary value to be agreed with the AC in the event of a strike by the company's employees, or for reasons of force majeure. To this end, the successful tenderer must transmit before the conclusion of the contract the agreement for the application of Law 12.06.1990 n. 146.

The object of the contract is the assignment of the school lunch service and the provision of similar services to any other users authorized by the Municipality of Cambiasca.

The service includes:

a) the preparation and packaging of meals at the two complexes: primary school and kindergarten according to the fresh-hot bond;

(b) the distribution of meals to primary and kindergarten users;

c) the tidying, cleaning of premises, cooking and meal consumption centers, washing of dishes, waste management with separate disposal in the appropriate containers and collection, washing, from the food consumption rooms to dirty containers.

In the summer months (after the end of the school year) and during school holidays the service, as described above, will be limited according to any other needs of the municipal administration (meals for summer camps, meals for the indigent, etc.).
