Waste Heat Aarhus A/S (as at 1 March: Circuit A/S, hereinafter called Waste Heat Aarhus or Provider) wishes to enter into a comprehensive advisory contract with a technical advisor (hereinafter called Advisor or Applicant) for the establishment of a CO2 catch at the Lisbjerg plants.

Waste Heat Aarhus A/S (as at 1 March: Circuit A/S, hereinafter called Waste Heat Aarhus or Provider) wishes to enter into a comprehensive advisory contract with a technical advisor (hereinafter called Advisor or Applicant) for the establishment of a CO2 catch at the Lisbjerg plants. The responsibility of the advisor follows from the so-called ABR rulebook set out in Annex 3. For the advice services, the consultant himself is expected to organise and carry out the task and advise will be responsible here for the quality of work and any financial assessments and conclusions. The task is detailed in Scope description Annex 1 and the draft advisor contract set out in Annex 2. The contract is expected to be executed in the period May 2022 to mid-2026.
