The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting, to be performed in the Miękinia Forest District in 2023.

The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

The proceedings shall be carried out by means of an unrestricted tender pursuant to Article 129 (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - “PZP”) and the implementing acts of the PZP.

Services in the field of agrotechnical drainage (shredder / crusher) to be performed in the following forests: Mokre, Mrozów, Kobylniki, Szczepanów, Wilczków, Gałów, Chwalimierz, Kąty Wrocławskie, Kamionna, Wawrzeńczyce, Sulistrowiczki, Chwałków, Uliczno, Tąpadło. The Ordering Party requires a deposit for package X in the amount of PLN 5,000. The security shall be lodged before the deadline for submission of tenders and maintained continuously until the expiry of the period for binding the tender, except in the cases referred to in Article 98(1)(2) and (3) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law.

The vadium may be lodged in one or more forms listed in Article 97 (7) Pzp.

Duration of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2023.

Services in the field of logging and skidding of wood to be performed in the Wawrzeńczyce forestry. The contracting authority requires a deposit for package XI in the amount of PLN 16,000. The bid bond must be lodged before the deadline for submitting tenders and maintained continuously until the date of expiry of the bid validity period, except for the cases referred to in Article 98(1)(2) and (3) and Article 98(2) of the Public Procurement Law.

The vadium may be lodged in one or more forms listed in Article 97 (7) Pzp.

Duration of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2023. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).

Services in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, to be performed in the Wawrzeńczyce Forestry. The contracting authority requires a deposit for package XII in the amount of PLN 4,000. The bid bond must be lodged before the deadline for submitting tenders and maintained continuously until the date of expiry of the bid validity period, except for the cases referred to in Article 98(1)(2) and (3) and Article 98(2) of the Public Procurement Law.

The vadium may be lodged in one or more forms listed in Article 97 (7) Pzp.

Duration of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2023.
