The acquisition concerns the renovation of four (4) properties and the specified works of the new club building, the club building is located on the site of Nahkurpolku 3.

The place form is a fixed-price total work, in which the contractor acts as the general contractor and the main executor under the legislation.

Renovations are undertaken at the properties, with bathrooms, other housing facilities and public areas renewed with surface structures. The laundry and sauna facilities on the property will be renovated and the surface structures will be renovated. Balconies are refurbished, balcony railings are turned into glass railings, and balconies are glazed. Painted parts of the facades are maintenance-painted. The water roofs will be renewed, the yard will be renewed.

On the ground floor, modifications of use are made. The current club/crafting space will be converted into a residential apartment in two properties, as well as a teleworkspace will be built on one property.

All water and sewer lines on the inside are renewed. New plumbing, sewer, ventilation and electricity surges will be installed in apartments mainly in former locations with new prefabricated house technology elements. Each apartment is installed apartment-specific brackets and water meters above the suspended ceiling with an inspection hatch.

Let's build a new geothermal system. The valves of the thermal conductor system are renewed and the network is basic adjusted, the system is flushed.

The mechanized exhaust ventilation system of real estate will be renewed. New residential apartments and sauna compartments will be equipped with an apartment-specific inlet and exhaust ventilation system (LTO instrument).

Electrical installations in apartments and public spaces will be renewed and the property's electricity distribution system will be renewed into a 5-wire system. The antenna and universal cabling system will be renewed, in accordance with current regulations, into a star grid.
