The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts (sectors): a) Part I (Sector I) covering the following villages: Kolonia Kawałek, Kaliszki, Orłowo, Giętkie, Ruda, Zabielne, Oblewo, Sulimy, Nowe Drygały, Iłki, Kolonia Drygały, Zalesie, Klarewo, Myszki, Zaskwierki, Dąbrówka Drygalska, Pogorzel Mała, Pogorzel Wielka, Nitki, Monety, Rakowo Małe, Bemowo Piskie, Konopki, Kolonia Konopki, Kruszewo, Lisy, Dmusy, Lipińskie, Drygały, b) Part II (Sector II) including the City of Biała Piska and Zatorze , c) Part III (Sector III) including the following villages: Bełcząc, Kowalewo, Mikuty, Długi Kąt, Kózki, Szkody Kolonia, Szkody, Radysy, Sokoły, Kukły, Szymki, Kumielsk, Cwaliny, Cwalinki, Jakuby, Gruzy, Grodzisko, Guzki, Kożuchy Małe, Komorowo, Kożuchy, Rolki, Danowo, Cibory, Świdry, Świdry Kościelne, Łodygowo, Pawłocin, Myśliki, Wojny, Włosty, Skarżyn, Rogale Wielkie, Sokoły Jeziorne.
