1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the field of construction of two retention and drainage reservoirs along with the necessary land development, i.e. construction of pedestrian and driving routes, lighting of the tank area, planting ornamental plants, lawns, assembly of small architecture.

2. The scope of work includes, in particular, works:

1) road industry,

2) sanitary industry,

3) electrical industry,

4) in the field of small architecture and landscape architecture.

The terms of the contract are set out in the contract template constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

2. The scope of the contract shall include in particular:

1) construction of a technical road with an asphalt surface,

2) construction of walking paths – hardened ground surface,

3) construction of a rainwater sewage system with pre-treatment devices,

4) construction of a system of retention and drainage reservoirs,

5) construction of lighting in the reservoir area,

6) landscaping,

7) assembly of elements of small architecture,

and

8) execution of as-built geodetic inventory,

9) execution of any other works.
