The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on real estate on which residents live within the administrative boundaries of the Łopuszno Municipality.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected on real estate inhabited by residents within the administrative boundaries of the Łopuszno Commune, as indicated in the description of the contract. The scope of the contract includes: Collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 collected in containers, containers or bags in areas with single-family buildings. Collection of the following types of waste collected selectively:

• paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01),

• glass waste, including glass packaging waste (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

• metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste,

including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 20 01 40) collected together in yellow bags for the collection of plastics),

• biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01).
