Integrated multimedia system

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, assembly and installation along with the launch of the System by the Contractor for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, including (definitions of terms used with a capital letter can be found in the Draft Agreement Provisions, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ): 1.1. Execution of the Technical Design by the Contractor and transfer of proprietary copyrights to the Technical Project, as well as dependent rights; 1.2. Delivery of Hardware and Software by the Contractor to the Ordering Party and granting to the Ordering Party a license to use the Software and system software of the Hardware; 1.3. Provision of installation and implementation services by the Contractor; 1.4. Ensuring the provision of Maintenance Services by the Contractor; 1.5. Execution of the As-Built Documentation by the Contractor and transfer of proprietary copyrights to the As-Built Documentation and dependent rights; 1.6. Provision of Maintenance Services by the Contractor; 1.7. Provision of Warranty for Hardware and Software by the Contractor. 2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions, rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 5 to the Terms of Contract (SWZ).
