The tender concerns the purchase of a new contact system for DR, for use by anyone who wants to contact DR and for

DR's own employees.

DR is looking for an inquiry system in the form of a core system & agent interface, which DR can further develop. The system must basically contain an integrated knowledge bank/FAQ system, customized entrances for users, overview and reporting, segmentation and the possibility of automation.
