The subject of the contract in this proceeding is the purchase of licenses, implementation and launch of e-services, purchase of computer and server equipment and training as part of the project entitled: "Implementation of modern e-services for the Nowodworski Poviat".

This project assumes the implementation of activities consisting in making available high-quality public e-services provided electronically by the Nowodworski Poviat. The order was divided into 2 parts: Part No. 1 – Purchase of licenses, implementation and launch of e-services with training and purchase of equipment for server rooms. Part No. 2 – Purchase of computer equipment and scanners. A detailed description for each part of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

This project assumes the implementation of activities consisting in making available high-quality public e-services provided electronically by the Nowodworski Poviat. Part No. 1 – Purchase of licenses, implementation and launch of e-services with training and purchase of equipment for server rooms, including:

1. Implementation Electronic Documentation Management and BIP (license purchase, implementation, training).

2. Implementation of the Electronic Customer Service Office – EBOI (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

3. Construction of a portal compliant with WCAG 2.1 (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

4. Implementation of the Integrated Electronic Payment System of e-payments (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

5. Purchase of databases and software necessary to provide e-services (database software – server license, database software – license per user – 100 users).

6. Implementation of an integration broker enabling the use of the trusted ePUAP profile to log in to the customer service module (license purchase, implementation, training).

7. Integration of domain systems enabling the operation of e-services systems (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

8. Installation of a service bus integrating ePUAP, EZD and domain systems services - automation of the flow of forms from the ePUAP platform, EZD to domain systems (license purchase, implementation, training).

9. Implementation of a public service platform providing data from domain systems (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

10. Modernization / replacement of domain systems necessary to operate e-services (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

11. Implementation of a mobile application for 2 system platforms (Android, iOS) integrated with the public services platform (license purchase, implementation, training).

12. Implementation of the E-sightseeing service (purchase of licenses, implementation, preparation of materials - street scanning, training).

13. Implementation of the E-visualization of objects service (purchase of licenses, implementation, preparation of materials - scanning of 3D or 360o objects, training).

14. Implementation of the E-public consultation service (purchase of licenses, implementation, training).

15. Conducting training (for users and administrators).

16. Purchase of the necessary equipment for the server room and firmware (servers - pcs. 2, array - pcs. 1, backup server - pcs. 1, backup software - 100 licenses, UTM security system with licenses - pcs. 1).
