The purpose of this works contract in a global performance contract (design-build-operation-maintenance) with an Energy Performance Contract is the construction of 60 social rental housing units located in the Zac Agora in Cherbourg en Cotentin (50100)
This contract is composed of a firm tranche (design) and a conditional tranche (realization/operation/maintenance) detailed in the program document. The estimated amount of the contract including design and construction is set at €5,885,000 million excluding VAT (excluding operations and maintenance).
These dwellings must reach the RE 2020 threshold 2025 minimum and be certified NF Habitat HQE or BEE+ (PRESTATERRE). The use of bio-based materials is expected and the establishment of a wood boiler room as well.
The winning consortium will develop and carry out the project in BIM mode.
