Rough Sleepers Initiative Lot 2 Management of RBK HMO including Support & SWEP

RSI Lot 2 consists of two distinct elements:

a. Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) Respite, Delivery and Coordination

(RDC)(December to March)

b. Medium Support Clusters (MSCs) based within homes within multiple occupation

(HMOs).

The Lot 2 services are intrinsically linked to the services previously awarded to a

provider for Rough Sleeping Services Lot 1
