1. The subject of the contract is: a service consisting in the collection of municipal solid waste from complexes administered by 45 WOGs and transferring them for storage and utilization, with codes assigned in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) divided into two parts.

Part No. 1 - a service consisting in the collection of municipal solid waste from complexes administered by 45 WOG and their transfer for storage and disposal, with the following codes:

• 20 03 01 — not segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

• 20 03 07 — large-sized waste,

• 20 03 99 — municipal waste not listed in other groups

• 15 01 01 — Paper and cardboard packaging (selectively collected)

• 15 01 02 — plastic packaging (selectively collected)

• 15 01 04 — packaging of metal (selectively collected)

• 15 01 07 – glass packaging (selectively collected

granted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10)

Waste collection will take place from military complexes located in the towns of Wędrzyn, Międzyrzecz, Skwierzyna and Gorzów Wielkopolski, operated by the Infrastructure Service Sections.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 9a to the SWZ) and model contracts (Annex No. 10a to the SWZ) are an integral part of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract.
